All our products are fully tested, re-engineered and refurbished. We completely wipe the hard drive using Government accredited software and the products are sold in excellent working order.
So they're used then?
They are and will have been used by blue chip companies and the public sector where we source the majority of our equipment. When it is received at our warehouse, each item has the hard drive completely wiped using Government accredited software to ensure it is completely clean. We then re-engineer and refurbish the item to our own exacting standards before it is cleaned ready to send to you.
Why would I choose a refurbished computer?
Short answer: It is cheaper and helps save the planet. Long answer: It is much cheaper and really helps save the planet.
Also, our refurbished laptops are from respected brands including Dell, Hewlett Packard, Compaq and IBM. This means you are getting a high quality item.
What condition will the computer be in?
As it is a refurbished item, you must expect some evidence of use, this will include, but not be limited to, minor scuffs and abrasions on the case, evidence of use on keyboards and mouses.
Any evidence of use will be purely cosmetic and will in no way have an impact on the computers' operations.

Software
Each PC or Laptop will have the operating system loaded. In order to keep costs low, we do not install proprietary office software. We do however install a suite of free software just to get you up and running.
Additional software can be purchased elsewhere on the store.
OK, I want one. What do I do?
Simple. Select the item you want to buy, choose any upgrades or additional services then add the item to your basket. After that, go to the checkout, add your billing and contact details and you are ready to pay.
Cool, that was easy, how do I pay?
We currently use PayPal for all our online payments which means you can pay using your credit card, debit card or even your own PayPal account, whichever you use. The payments are secure and we do not store your details on the website.
I've paid. When do I get my stuff?
All items should be with you within 2-3 working days.
What guarantees do I get?
You get a 6 month warranty on your purchase. If you have any problems, let us know and we will repair, replace or refund depending on the circumstance.
We want to ensure that you get a quality product and service you'll want to tell your friends about.
Why don't you guarantee battery life on laptops?
Quite simply because each laptop battery will be different and will use power at different rates for different uses.
All laptop batteries will be in sufficient working order to hold a charge.
