- Hit "Register now!" to create an account with the Helpdesk
- Enter basic details –
- Username
- Email address
- Password
- Confirm password
- Accept Ts and Cs
- Enter confirmation code
- Hit "Submit"
- Fill in the additional information (if you want to)
- Hit "Submit" again
- The administrator will confirm your account by email
Logging a Helpdesk Query is just as easy. - Log In using your username and password
- Hit "EOL Online Helpdesk"
- Hit "Create a Ticket" and add your details
- The engineer will be able to research your query and come back to you with an answer.
One of our engineering team will review your requirements and come back to you as soon as possible. During busy periods to may be difficult to answer instantaneously but, our engineers will try to respond within 24 hours. |
