Shipping and Delivery Information

At EOL Online, we aim to deliver your device as quickly as possible. All devices undergo a rigorous testing process and we will do our very best to ship your goods within one working day of receiving your order but it does sometimes take longer so we cannot guarantee a despatch date.

Delivery is free to UK mainland addresses, if you require shipping to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Scottish Highlands and Islands, please contact us for a quotation.

We currently use UPS as our shipping partner and we will provide you with a tracking number for your order as soon as it collected by the courier.

Delays may occur during delivery that are out of our control. Please refer to the tracking information provided once your order has been dispatched for delivery information.

Orders placed over weekends or Bank Holidays are processed the next working day.
